加强治理，中国身体力行。面对全球挑战层出不穷、治理赤字更加突出、多边主义面临严峻冲击的国际形势，中国提出全球治理倡议，坚定维护联合国的主导地位，推动改革完善现行国际体系和多边机制。中方牵头发起的“全球治理之友小组”在联合国纽约总部和日内瓦总部相继成立，各国尤其是全球南方国家踊跃加入。主权平等、国际法治、多边主义、以人为本、行动导向，这些理念正不断转化为构建更加公正合理的全球治理体系的坚实行动。
